After a year (1986-87) of single-parenthood with his three sons, Robin Baker formed a relationship with Elizabeth Oram. At first, the pair lived together in England in Bramhall, Cheshire (-1993), and later in Manchester at Withington (-1996) then West Didsbury. In 2002 they emigrated to Spain to live in a tiny 250-y-old Finca near Cómpeta in the foothills of the Spanish Sierras. Three years later they moved to their current home in the Axarquia hills inland from Torrox. They have co-written five books and have three children.
